The tool consoles are used in pairs on the press table.
Basic equipment
- Version for 2 hydraulic circuits
- Components in sturdy sheet steel housing
- Terminal box with main switch attached to the unit
- Monitoring of switch-on and switch-off pressure
- Prepared for the installation of a manual control panel
- Monitoring of minimum safety pressure
- Interfaces to machine control for the following functions:
· Emergency stop of the machine if the minimum safety pressure is not reached
· Release of machine control when nominal clamping pressure is reached
Execution
When using Optima units, the control boxes can be attached directly to the unit housings.
- No falling of the tool thanks to fixed stop
- No unintentional swiveling thanks to position lock
